大家好！我认为这里不能直译成不服务或者反服务。文章中并没有说什么东西不提供服务

或者反对提供服务。这里的 dis-service 更像是在说这是一种恶意服务（mal-service）。

在 proprietary-surveillance 里面也提到了dis-service 一词，原文：
