ok, think that works. Still slow/takes a lot time, but works.
Got another finding: It did not download all rep/txt files where the
parent-folder had an "#" in the name:


When I test normally with just this document, it works well. Dont know why it
was not working in the recursive part.
**The command was:**
`/opt/wget2-2.0.1/src/wget2_noinstall --fsync-policy --force-progress
--max-threads=12 --wait=0.005 --progress=bar -r -N --filter-urls -nH
--no-parent --reject="jpg,html" --reject-regex="index.html*"
--accept='*December*' https://gentool.net/data/zh/2022_12_December`
