wget2 | `make check` tries to run nonexisting target (#570)

`make check` runs `make syntax-check`, but there's no syntax-check target in 
the makefiles. I've had to 
[patch](https://cgit.freebsd.org/ports/tree/www/wget2/files/patch-Makefile.am?id=33aebe34eab97c1ddfb436bee73f23584f706e5e)
 it out for `make check` target to run.
