add.2 - I downloaded the tarball from
https://gnuwget.gitlab.io/wget2/wget2-latest.tar.gz and basically used the
original wget setup in Fedora, with a couple of tweaks to build it via
rpmbuild. TBH I cannot reproduce it outside the Fedora build process. I am
using bash and I have all the packages stated in the README (except for a
couple of optional packages) installed. I will try to come up with a more
reliable way to reproduce this.
