The data for those restuls was made by a server connection of 100 Mbps. With my 
home ADSL of 10 Mbps and MAXWAITING=200, TIMEOUT=2000, MAXTRIES=3 it resolved 
82761 (the server -with MAXWAITING=210- resolved 83277) in 4 minutes 22 seconds 
(server took 2 minutes 13 seconds).

Looks fine to me, so unless one of you disagree @rockdaboot @darnir I'm taking 
those values as default values. But, of course, the user will be able to set 
his own values if needed.
