I forgot to mention that `--http2-request-window` might be of relevance for 
recursive downloads. Because parsing HTML/CSS/XML takes some time, depending on 
the CPU performance. Smaller values spread the parsing over more threads and 
thus (real and/or virtual) CPU cores. I guess slow CPUs with many cores/threads 
might gain some performance out of this. Again, HTTP/1 isn't affected here.

But finding the best *general* value is something we can come up with (the 
value 30 was just a guess without statistical data/evidence). So let's add a 
benchmark script for recursive downloads via HTTP/2 with different values, e.g. 
in steps of 5 or so. We all can then test with different ISPs and different 
bandwidths and compare our results. That might lead us to a better default 
value and maybe a wiki page with some recommendations. WDYT ?
