In wget_iri_t definition at include/wget/wget.h we have this about the "uri" 
member:
>  Pointer to the original URI string, unescaped and converted to UTF-8

But I was wondering if it includes the scheme or not and the "full path" to a 
file (index.html, or whatever). In order to know how to "cut" the URI into a 
valid filename.
