I forgot to mention this and it's useful.  Pine by default deletes
messages in one folder that are saved to another folder.  So as I save
messages from spam to spam2go and exponge out of spam, and handle the rest
of the messages when I finish with spam each time I check spam I only
check out new messages I've not yet received before on that given date.
Makes for simple and effective management and no worries about loosing
e-mail that's not spam.
