Debug sed - follow up

Hi all,

I've noticed just a few weeks ago the debug option that you can use -
from version 4.8 I guess - to debug scripts. Is there any reason why
the debug output is written to stdout ?

As an attachment you can find the patch I've written to have all
debugging information being printed out stderr. I hope it catches all
cases, in my tests it does, not sure anybody needs it, but it is quite
tedious work hence worth sharing.
