[Rpm2html] announcement: version 1.9.4 available (development release)

Hello,

rpm2html version 1.9.4 is available.

Changes since last release 1.9.3:

Just fixes:

* fixed some memory leaks

* fixed segmentation fault occuring when generating pages describing
  local configuration with libtemplate enabled

* added missing BuildRequires into spec file

Plus little more verbose messages has been added informing the user
which general group of page generation is being done.
