On Yosemite I installed it by installing python and getting source. No problems at all.

Except that we need to have env variables in bookmarks since mac has different file system structure.

Hi,

I am trying to get this to work on my mac.  I'm running Maverick and installed ranger through mac port.  I have no bash directory, so I tried creating a bash directory and added config.bash to that directory.  However, Nano is still the text editor.  Do you have any advice?

Thanks,

-Bryan
