Thanks for the feedback! =)
Following your tips I added these lines in rc.conf:

alias walker     scout -stke        # persistent filter box
map F  console walker
cmap <a-p> move left=1        # move to parent while still in console

Now this seems to work well to resolve #2.
The #3 can be added externally, so only #1 is still missing.
