ranger 1.6.0 is out now :)

The most important change is an overhaul of the config files: options.py and
apps.py are now obsolete.  Settings are now changed in rc.conf and applications
are defined in rifle.conf, the config file of the new file launcher.

As always, if you have been using ranger from git, you've been using and
testing this version all along.  Thanks for all the testers and bug
reporters/fixers :)
