previous preview with libcaca worked in tmux.

w3m also doesn't show images in tmux... or it shows them somehow strange...
* in xterm+tmux it shows images for a second only when I j/k (which moves cursor)
* in byobu it doesn't show them ever

tmux supports this in theory, but we need a way to reliably get the
window size that's available to ranger in order to draw images in tmux.
The current method (using termios.TIOCGWINSZ) always returns a window
size of 0x0 in tmux.
