[Ranger-users] Speedup in Directory Drawing

I think I should notify you that I improved rangers code for drawing
directories.  This is very noticable when scrolling on slow machines,
and if you have one, you should probably switch to the git version to
benefit from this commit until it gets into the stable branch.

(And you should definitely disable file previews by adding
"set preview_files=False" to your ~/.config/ranger/rc.conf)

If you notice any new bugs with directory drawing, please report.
