Hi Alan,

Ranger doesn't support 256 colors in combination wiht scope.sh.
The reason for that is it can't just display the output of scope.sh on
the screen directly.  It has to parse the color codes, but I found no
specification for 256-color codes... I guess i could search more and add
them some time
