Seems like there is some problems with the regular version of Ranger as
well from git. When I run Ranger I get this message:

"Can't import the main module.To run an uninstalled copy of ranger,
launch ranger.py in the top directory.
Can't import the main module.
To run an uninstalled copy of ranger,
launch ranger.py in the top directory."

Only running ranger.py directly from the directory works.
