xPack QEMU Arm v6.2.0-2 released

For those interested, I made a new binary distribution of QEMU Arm:

There are separate binaries for Windows (64-bit), macOS (Intel 64-bit, Apple 
Silicon 64-bit) and GNU/Linux (Intel 64-bit, Arm 32/64-bit).

It is intended mainly for running tests in CI environments, since it is 
standalone (no specific system libraries required) and can be installed in any 
folder.


For compatibility reasons, the old qemu-system-gnuarmeclipse is also included, 
but it is deprecated now, and should not be used for new projects.
