Details:

One has to empty the table phpgw_anglemail after patching due to strings for
uri converted to arrays.

The changes are :
1) disabled xslt-version due to utf-issues
2) converted string to arrays for uri/links
3) Notices
4) Look for images as 'base' rather than 'default'
5) convert ascii to utf8
