Summary:  tts new columns not installed with 0.9.16

Original Submission:  I guess this is because it's not an upgrade, it's a fresh 
install - tts/setup/tables_update.inc.php defines several new columns for the 
phpgw_tts_tickets table (deadline, type, etc) that are not added to the table. 
I did not try removing the app in setup and then adding it back, because I am 
not smart and had already put  data in to the system. So don't know if that 
would fix the table definition or not.
