Hello,

1- remove 
/usr/lib/libmediastreamer.so*
/usr/lib/libortp.so*
/usr/lib/liblinphone.so*

2- run with:
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib linphone-3

or add 
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/lib

at the end of your ~/.bashrc and ~/.bash_profile
