Hi, Stephen,
    I didn't meet such problems. Attached are the steps how I compiled
linphone-2.1.1 console on CentOS 5.1, FYI. Note that msilbc installation
has 2 phases.
    Unfortunately, when I launch linphonec to run, video is always disabled...
Audio seems okay in my environment.

   Regarding the GUI, I never did try to compile it. Hopefully someone on
the list knows, but all I was aiming for was the console client. Again,
thanks for your kind help, and maybe there's someone on the list who can
help us both. :)
