Hi all,

There's been some slowness/trouble with this list that some of the
messages haven't been delivered on time. I haven't figured it out yet,
but I hope things get flowing better as we use more the list.

I saw Kevin Granade's proposal of mutiple timelines. I didn't go that
way before because I liked referring to one buffer (*identica*) and have
my updates there. Twittering mode did took that route and you can end up
with a bunch of buffers, all updating asynchronously and sometimes you
can loose track of them. We can probably do both ways and make it user
configurable I guess.

On the other hand, I think we should explore the use of oauth2.el
package, instead of the oauth.el we're currently using. This is because
oauth2 is now available via ELPA and will be very easy to install with
the new upcomping Emacs24.

oauth2.el

I haven't tried ELPA myself, but have seen that people like it and works
well. I'm thinking of preparing identica-mode for ELPA as well.

So, what do others think about these topics?
