After much searching and hair pulling I eventually found a very useful article.

Of course this is just for a PIII not a power-hungry Athlon-XP forwhich they're designed. We're doing our best to create networks between books, allowing you to find a book you like, and slip into other books that are in some way related.

However, dispite my avoidence of the media I managed to catch a tiny portion of a TV show where they showed one of the potential contestants getting out of a limo.
The one with the massive line-ups.
I'm not sure if I'm gonna go with Windows or Linux for that bit. All in all I recommend these babies.
I ended up finding a site the provided lots of wonderful information and expanded on what the MS help had given me so far.
