Dear Zunanna,

it seems to me that you are misunderstanding the development process of a free software
specially referring to mathematical scope.

Latest versions and history release is available on 
https://octave.org/news.html

As it is a Mathematical program and not a program expected to be run in root mode,
its "security" vulnerability are relative weak by default.
The full list of any bugs for any version is available here:
https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?group=octave

There is no "support" for older versions ;a newer version replaces the previous one.

There is no organization taking care of GDPR compliance as all documents are PUBLIC,
as usual for free software development.
