Hi,

I got to solve the issue with the input params in my parallelisation piece of code. :D

Here is the link just in case someone is stuck as I’ve been these past days: https://github.com/mariajcasas/parallelisation_test

Thanks Benson Muite and Kai Torben Ohlhus for your suggestions.

Cheers,

Maria J Casas

Hi Benson,

Good spot ;)
The original code is part of my thesis however, I’ve uploaded this reduced part to: https://github.com/mariajcasas/parallelisation_test

And yes, definitely in the future the original code will be executed in a cluster. That was going to be my next question once I would have learnt how to do it locally :) so, any suggestion will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Cheers,

Thanks. In your readme, can you indicate how you typically execute your code, version of Octave tested with, and any Octave packages that are needed.
