Issue (bug?) parallel-3.1.1 package in HPC Cluster

Dear All,

I work for the Italian National SuperComputing Centre @ CINECA, http://www.hpc.cineca.it/

We manage HPC cluster and provide support for computational communities, http://www.hpc.cineca.it/content/hardware

I am trying to install the parallel-3.1.1 package in Marconi A1 HPC cluster, with Intel Broadwell processors (OS Centos 7.0)  http://www.hpc.cineca.it/hardware/marconi

I found out the error reported here, when trying to use the parallel functions

I wonder if anyone has a similar issue in past or can give me some advise.
