Hi,

the following new package releases are available:

parallel-3.1.1

optim-1.5.2

struct-1.0.14

database-2.4.2


Some fixes have been applied to the build system. The packages are
supposed to be compatible with the upcoming Octave-4.2 release.

There are no changes in package usage, and only slight changes to the
documentation. So I don't post links to the NEWS files here.

Thanks Carnë for cleaning the tarballs and pushing the releases
online.
