I am proud to announce that Octave 4 is now shipping with homebrew. After
installing brew you just need
brew install octave
You might need "brew tap homebrew/science" first this Octave is part of the
science repository, see
https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-science/blob/master/octave.rb.
There is one catch: we decided to disable the GUI by default because of some
remaining (small) bugs. It can be enabled by "--with-gui" if you want.
