interval 0.1.3 released (was Re: interval 0.1.2 released)

A new release with version 0.1.3 has been made at Octave Forge [1], 
which successfully fixes this compilation error during package 
installation [2].

My thanks to Marius for pointing this out so quickly and for helping 
with the bugfix.
