Dear users,
please attached the example of a diffraction image (

see, there are a background of gray pixels. Then, some spots of black pixel.
My purpose would be to extract a matrix of three columns with the pixels
coordinates in the first two columns and the intensity of black in the third
column. Then, my aim will be to reconstruct a three dimensional profile of a
single spot or ultimately of the entire frame, a similar manner
