Hi Asha,

A good resource for this is something like "Optimizing Compilers for Modern Architectures" by Allen & Kennedy. I don't think I've found an online tutorial which is as good as that book.

Is there a good online tutorial to understand how to
vectorize 'for' loops. I read one which said that if
there was dimensional mismatch,it was best not to
vectorize. But I did not really follow how to figure
out the dimensional mismatch.

Help will be appreciated as I have some code which is
taking a long time and would like to speed it up;

Any other ways of making code more efficient will also
be appreciated.
Thanks

Asha
