I would really recommend against doing that, since it is (I think,
please correct me if things have changed) based on a not very well
tested port of Octave to Windows using the MinGW toolkit.

If you want a working version of Octave for Windows, I would recommend
using the Cygwin package available from www.cygwin.com.
