It won't read my 24 bit files made by my sound card.
I just needed 24-bit support myself, so I just sent a patch to the bug mailing list. It is a patch to the wavread function found in octave 2.9.x, not the one in older versions of octave-forge.

However, after searching the internet, I foundhttp://velveeta.che.wisc.edu/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/octave/scripts/audio/wavread.m?rev=1.3, a version that handles the 32bit floats fine. Is this version in a different repository I am not aware of, or should it be in Octave-forge? Regards, Richie
