Looks fairly generic so might work with kaffe et al. However, I couldn't
test it at all as it would appear to require a more recent version of Octave
than I have (seems to want include files that aren't in my distribution,
specifically octave.h and quit.h).  I use Octave 2.1.35 (Debian stable).
