I have started to use the fixed point package.
I need the fixed point operators SHIFT, AND and OR
but I was unable to find a way to do this.
I was hoping that I could write "<<" and ">>"
as in "C". In gawk the functionality is implemented
as functions, which is rather clumsy.
Any ideas.
