Windows XP Windows Task Manager wipes out window of octave |

Running binary octave-2.1.50a-inst.exe loaded "normally"
onto Windows XP SP1
In order to watch the resources being used, Windows Task
Manager is brought up. Its window is default set to be on
top of everything on the Desktop display. Now octave is
started and its window appears underneath the WTM window.
Upon moving the octave window out from under WTM most of
the wording in the octave window is lost - blank. After
moving the octave window clear of the WTM window, the
octave window easily comes back if the octave window is
minused out, then brought back.
If the WTM window is moved off the top of the octave
window, the octave window has all its wording intact - no
blanks.
If the octave window is ever moved back under the WTM
window and then moved back out from under the WTM window,
again the octave window has blank areas.
Is it just my machine, or does this happen to anyone else?
