Nothing has been touched in this docuemnt for years, most of it was written
6 to 8 years ago. So it is very very out of date. The fact is I don't see
anything in the document that is not done better in the doxygen stuff of
the octave sources at
http://pareto.uab.es/mcreel/OctaveClassReference/html/index.html
The only point I see in updating these documents, is if octave is going
to have a fixed API. If that is the case, the API needs lots of discussion
before it is documented. In short I don't think its worth your time on
this document
