Will Octave 2.1.49 supports multiplot on cygwin(windows2k/xp)

Hi all,

Will this new version of octave 2.1.49 on cygwin for windows supports multiplot 
window. I have octave 2.1.42 which does not support multiplot windows as it 
asks for X11 term type.

Plz help me on this info
