Symbolic algebra - Gino

Hi Luis,

I have recently developed a simple interface to the Symbolic Algebra
Library GiNaC via the shell interface ginsh
(http://www.ginac.de). Gino is available from mtt.sf.net; it is an
alternative to the interface available from octave-forge.

To use under windows, you would just need to get ginsh running as the
rest is accomplished using .m files.

BTW, I would like to hear from others interested in this
symbolic interface to Octave.

         P.
