What about fftw?

Recently I was building octave from an srpm and the deps said that it needed 
fftw. I installed that lib (from srpm also) and everything worked fine.

Right now I'm building the ofw package and I don't know if it's necessary to 
include fftw. It compiles flawlessly on cygwin, so it shouldn't be a problem.
