If a repository is set up to handle .m files, it
probably would not be any more work to handle the 
entire source.  Which would probably have to be done 
at a later date anyway.

It really seems that the major impediment is 
structural.  I think that coders will appear
if the mechanism to organize their contributions
is in place.  This is of course harder and 
more time consuming than writing code.
