Optimisation functions missing?

Hi,

I am running Octave, version 2.0.13.90 (i386-redhat-linux-gnu). The
info pages under optimization

* Quadratic Programming::
* Nonlinear Programming::

are empty. Both these topics are of great interest to me, so I would
like to know what is, in fact, available.

     Thanks

     Peter
