ok.

i can only see 0.1.15b, 0.1.15c and 0.1.15e there.
there is no version 0.1.16 and google can't find
gift-0.1.16.tar.gz as text or as a link anywhere
else either.

i tried 0.1.15e but ./configure failed saying:

config.status: error: cannot find input file: Doc/Makefile.in
the Doc directory is empty.

can you verify where 0.1.16 is?

thanks. that would be good. i'll try 0.1.16 if you can help me find it.

thanks. knowing my luck, i'm probably the first person in 3
years to have this problem and you won't be able to
reproduce it :)

if that's the case, and i can get the latest code, i'm
happy to have a go at fixing it here.
