[help-GIFT] .gift-add-collection

The whole .gift-add-collection business I wrote to save me some work, but I 
had not the time to make docs for it. Now that people are asking for it, this 
is an example .gift-add-collection file:

gift-home="/home/wolfgang"
feature-prefix="/home/wolfgang/databases/@collection-name@"
image-directory="/home/wolfgang/images/@collection-name@"
url-prefix="http://localhost/images/@collection-name@";
thumbnail-prefix="@address@hidden"
thumbnail-url-prefix="@address@hidden"

It sais: my home is also the gift-home, it will contain gift-config.mrml and 
gift-indexing-data. The feature files will be prefixed with 
/home/wolfgang/databases/ and the value of the option --collection-name
the images will be expected in /home/wolfgang/images/@collection-name@ where 
again @collection-name@ was replaced by the value of the option 
--collection-name. Same applies for url-prefix etc.

So:

gift-add-collection.pl --collection-name "holidays-summer-2001" 

will get images at /home/wolfgang/images/holidays-summer-2001 and index them, 
creating feature files at /home/wolfgang/databases/holidays-summer-2001 as 
well as the assorted urls and thumbnails.
