You either don't have the locatedb.dat file (need to run updatedb to
create it), or did not set the LOCATE_PATH environment variable to
point to the exact absolute file name of that file on your system. By
default, this port of `locate' looks in c:/progra~1/FindUtils/var,
evidently.
