After reading module/scripts/README, this may have been misguided; it
seems these 'commands' are intended to be used with the 'guild'
launcher, e.g.:
--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
./meta/guild scan-api arg ...
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---
Feel free to disregard this patch.
