Never seen this before, I even do not know what at-spi is.

Same with okular.

"at-spi" is "Assistive Technology Service Provider Interface":

The error suggests you're trying to run evince and okular as root, in a GUI/desktop session running as a non-root user, with the latter being configured (perhaps by default) to support at-spi services.
