That's a good point that I totally overlooked when I built the 1.22.4.

I've just pushed an update of the 'gnulib' and added this point to the
'FOR-RELEASE' file.

This one is marked as "5-Blocker" and is on the top of the list if you
sort the bugs table with the "Severity" criteria.  I'll try to fix it
before I make a 1.23.rc1 tag.
