The other packages defined in contrib/guix/gnu/packages/gnunet were
already defined in Guix and were kept more up to date there. The inputs
that I removed from gnunet are still there, with the ,@(package-inputs
gnunet).

Also with changing how the package module is defined and the source of
the gnunet-git package we could get rid of the directory structure :)
